Exceptional La Jolla Remodel

This San Diego-area home was in desperate need of updates.

For their second project partnering with Curbio, Drew and Tim Nelson of the Nelson Brothers Team at Willis Allen, made significant updates to this beautiful listing. Tim and Drew knew that a pre-listing remodel would stand out to San Diego buyers looking for a luxurious move-in ready home.

Curbio worked on every room in this 4BD, 2.5BA home and improved the curb appeal. This extensive remodel covered everything from electrical and plumbing updates, to removing popcorn ceilings and everything in between.

The kitchen got a full refresh with updated lighting, all new stainless steel appliances, a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets, and modern quartz countertops.

The flooring was upgraded throughout the entire home. We removed the stained carpets and dated laminate throughout and installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in the living areas.

We tackled lighting and electrical updates, installing recessed lighting in the living room and replacing a total of 45 electrical switches throughout the home.

We removed asbestos-containing popcorn ceilings throughout the home, including the master bedroom.

We started from scratch with the master bathroom, creating an inviting oasis. Updates included a new vanity, all new walk in shower, plumbing repairs, and modern lighting.

We brightened up the family room with a fresh coat of paint, LVT flooring, and recessed lighting.
