Curbio offers medical, dental and vision plans to all its employees starting on day one of your employment with Curbio! Curbio subsidizes 100% of the employee cost and up to 75% of dependents on standard plans.
Curbio provides up to 4 weeks of 100% paid time off, and then supplement our short-term disability benefit to provide an additional 8 weeks of 100% paid time off. For employees who want to take additional time off, we’ll discuss options for extending leave.
Curbio sponsors both a Roth and a traditional 401(k) plan. We offer a 100% match on the first 3% of compensation and a 50% match on the next 2% of compensation. And, the match immediately vests!
