This Boston-area home had all the makings of a great sale but was missing something in the details to really fly off the market.

The sunroom was a nice bonus space that needed just a bit of touching up. We painted the walls, ceilings, trim, and paneling to help brighten up the room even more.

There were also a a few miscellaneous tasks like installing a handle piece on one closet door and adjusting a door that wasn’t closing properly.
