9 Small (But Mighty) Home Updates Agents Recommend Before Listing
External Haverhill Refresh
A bit of curb appeal went a long way for this Boston-area home.
This Boston-area home was showing normal signs of wear and tear—chipped exterior paint, damaged window trim, and dysfunctional doors. Agent, Nancy Eaton, knew the property needed updates to attract the right attention from buyers, so she turned to Curbio. Curbio saw to every detail to ensure that this home was ready for listing. To improve curb appeal, we replaced the roof, leveled the front porch, secured the upper deck, replaced window trim, and freshened up the paint. We also made a couple small but powerful updates on the interior including installing a kitchen backsplash, mounting a medicine cabinet in the bathroom, and fixing four interior doors.
