Sunny DC Remodel
Curbio executed a complete renovation of this DC condo, removing the dated solarium and replacing it with a modern skylight. The updates turned a profit of $500k!

Hundreds of agents turn to Curbio for repairs, touch-ups, and quick refreshes, but on occasion, we also tackle full home remodels like this contemporary DC condo represented by Long & Foster agent, Paul Smith.
For this property, Curbio replaced the bulky, dated solarium that had been used as storage with a more modern skylight and additional floor space. Updates to the kitchen included the removal of the wall between the kitchen and the dining space, replacement of the cabinets, and installation of all new stainless steel appliances a garbage disposal. To finish off the room, we installed granite countertops and a tile backsplash. We also removed all linoleum flooring throughout the home and replaced it with engineered hardwood flooring.
As a result of these critical renovations, the home sold for $643,224 over its as-is value!
