Significant Elk Grove Refresh

With the help of a classic Curbio refresh, this Sacramento home was ready to hit the market.

After a few strategic pre-listing updates, eXp agent, LuAnn Shikasho, made her clients’ dreams a reality.

This Sacramento home was outdated and in need of a complete Curbio refresh in order to stand out and attract today’s buyers. LuAnn partnered with Curbio to take care of updates throughout the home, including a full kitchen refresh.

The kitchen was the main focus for this refresh. We installed brand new quartz countertops, painted the cabinets, and added an on-trend subway tile backsplash.

We installed a stainless steel dishwasher and waterproof luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. The cabinets were painted white and finished with modern black hardware to match today’s most popular trends.

We painted the walls and ceiling in the primary suite to create a blank slate in which buyers can envision themselves.

We applied a fresh coat of paint throughout, which included transforming this dark den into an inviting lounge area.
