The home was well-maintained, but needed some cosmetic updates and a solution to the hallway bathroom’s low-flow problem. Below you can see some of the work we completed in the master bedroom and hall bathroom to help the home appeal to a broader set of buyers. When it came to the low water flow, our team offered up two solutions. And it worked! And we didn’t have to replace the water line beneath the house.
