Hang Up the Hard Hat: How Curbio Simplifies Pre-Listing Home Improvement for Real Estate Agents
Wonderful Waxhaw Refresh
Home to the same family for over thirty years, this house was showing some serious wear and tear. Some repairs and updates later, the home was ready for the market.
The local market may be pretty hot, but homes that aren’t updated or modern still won’t sell. With the help of Allen Tate agent Jennifer Soprano, our Curbio Charlotte team was able to not only make the home market-ready but also sell it for significantly more. Our home improvement projects included updates to the flooring, kitchen, and exterior as well as miscellaneous home inspection repairs.
The carpets throughout the home were stained and worn down. Potential buyers would have lost interest immediately. To attract buyers instead of sending them the other way, we replaced the carpet before selling in the following rooms:
- Primary bedroom and closet
- Upstairs hallway and closets
- All the bedrooms upstairs
- Bonus room
- Staircases
- Family room
- Office on the main floor
