This San Diego apartment has a stunning view and downtown location to die for. The high-rise also includes various amenities, but the interior didn’t match the luxurious living of the rest of the complex. After a whole-home refresh, the apartment made an incredible transformation.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits in between the heart of downtown and the San Diego Bay. While the property was in a premier location, it was in need of a few quick and effective pre-listing updates including:
- A kitchen refresh
- Bathroom refreshes
- Flooring updates
