Hang Up the Hard Hat: How Curbio Simplifies Pre-Listing Home Improvement for Real Estate Agents
Interior Refresh, Exterior Facelift
Along with some basic preparations, this home needed a refresh to the kitchen and baths as well as some cosmetic updates to the exterior for some boosted curb appeal.
Keller Williams agent Sherina Garner did it again. This Clinton, Maryland listing needed a bit more help than her last Curbio project, but Curbio takes care of projects no matter their size or scope, so we got to work. Partnering with the Curbio general contractors in the D.C. area, Garner delivered satisfied sellers and a sparkling listing.
Not only did the pre-sale updates include some basic preparations like painting, flooring updates, and deep cleaning, but this project also called for a bit more in-depth work. The bathrooms were repaired, the kitchen was refreshed, and the exterior got a well-deserved upgrade.
The kitchen was clearly dated and needed a bit of love. Work included:
- Replace missing cabinet doors and draws
- Priming and painting cabinet doors, drawers, and face frames
- Installing new pulls, knobs, and hinges
- Fixing hairline cracks and small holes
- Painting the walls, ceilings, and trim
