The gorgeous five-bedroom home required minimal improvement. In terms of installation and upgrades, we added recessed lighting under the kitchen cabinets, replaced the basement carpet with luxury vinyl flooring, and installed a glass shower door in one of the bathrooms. After we completed the new flooring, electrical, and bathroom components, we arranged a stager to appeal to interested buyers.
