This Denver-area mountain escape has a great location, but with outdated and aging features, it could have easily been overlooked. A small refresh and some modest updates helped the home be prepared for the market.

With a scenic mountain backdrop and 5 acres of land, this 3-bedroom home in the Denver area had a lot to offer buyers at first glance. Unfortunately, some out-of-style and antiquated aspects of the home left it looking a bit drab and dated in some areas. The house only needed a few improvements to elevate it and catch the attention of new buyers.

The kitchen only needed some basic listing preparation to help uplift it. Work included deep cleaning the tile as well as the grout flooring to make the space look like new. This update also allowed for the removal of the area rug that was hiding the aging floor. Some kitchen knobs and pulls were replaced for a finishing touch. With a bit of staging, this kitchen was ready for the market.
