Necessary Dallas Remodel
Sometimes you need to knock down a few things to start anew. This house took a few hits, but it made a big impact on the appearance and the price.
While small updates can make a big difference, this house was in need of a bit more tough love before going on the market. Some outside demo and the removal of unsightly features transformed the exterior into a more modern looking property. On the inside, the kitchen also took some doing before it was ready to be listed.

The front of the house was a bit dated and washed out. To help pump up the curb appeal and make the home more inviting for potential buyers, there was a lot of work to be done. Some projects included:
- Demoing the porch wall, door, and large windows on the right
- Removing the metal awnings
- Installing a new door including replacing the hardware, lock, knob, and hinges
- Removing the laminate flooring and glue on the front porch
- Relocating an electrical outlet and switch
- Cleaning the front windows on either side of the chimney
