The Skilled Labor Shortage #2
Cute Belmont Refresh
This Charlotte area home needed a bit of a cosmetic boost inside and out to make it pop on the market.
Located just a few minutes from downtown Belmont, this three-bedroom and two-bath home was fine enough as-is to get a decent offer, but the house had the potential to sell for a lot more without a lot of work. We did a variety of home improvement projects around the property but focused on the kitchen, exterior, and bedrooms. After some minor updates and cosmetic touch-ups, the home was ready for the market. With the help of Bobby McDonald from eXp Realty, the house boosted its sales price.
Whether you are a homeowner ready to sell soon or a listing agent with a fixer-upper, we want to help. At Curbio, we fix homes up for the market. We do all the work so everyone wins. Contact us to learn more, or try a free estimate to get started.

- Installing new lattice panels where they were missing
- Replacing the damaged step board
- Pressure washing and painting the deck boards, bench, windowsill, pergola, and lattice
