Simple Bethesda Refresh
We partnered with Long & Foster agent, Tammy Durbin, to give this classy Bethesda home a little TLC.
This home had great bones, but needed some TLC to get market-ready. Real estate agent Tammy Durbin partnered with Curbio to pass off the project management and get everything done as efficiently as possible. Her Curbio Project Manager managed and executed the entire pre-listing project, which included painting & hardwood floor refinishing throughout, window replacement, lighting and hardware updates, exterior clean-up (and a handful of other projects).
