Curbio executed a complete renovation of this DC condo, removing the dated solarium and replacing it with a modern skylight.

For this property, Curbio replaced the bulky, dated solarium that had been used as storage with a more modern skylight and additional floor space. Updates to the kitchen included the removal of the wall between the kitchen and the dining space, replacement of the cabinets, and installation of all new stainless steel appliances a garbage disposal. To finish off the room, we installed granite countertops and a tile backsplash. We also removed all linoleum flooring throughout the home and replaced it with engineered hardwood flooring.

We removed the wallpaper and added a fresh coat of paint to brighten up the home.

After removing the pendant lights in the breakfast area, dining room, and foyer, we installed mount lights in their place.

We dedicated several hours toward decluttering this home. This included boxing up supplies, shredding documents, and hauling items for donation and recycling.
