An exterior facelift and much-needed attic refresh got this Minnesota home market-ready.

Real estate agent, Jim Davich, knew that this charming Minnesota home had great potential but was in dire need of improvement before it would catch the eye of today’s buyers. That’s why he turned to Curbio!

To maximize space and get this home ready to list, we focused heavily on modernizing the exterior and remodeling the attic to create an inviting flex space. Additional updates included bathroom updates, decluttering the basement, painting, and new flooring. We finished things up by tackling a variety of deferred maintenance projects, including electrical and carpentry tasks.

In the attic, we removed the dated ceiling tiles and installed fresh drywall in its place, making for a clean finish and inviting living area.

We decluttered and replaced all carpeting in the attic.

We elevated this listing’s curb appeal by replacing the siding with bright, white vinyl and finishing up the look by painting trim and shutters.

In the back of the home we completely demoed the deteriorating concrete porch and installed a new landing and railing with pressure treated wood.
