Located in the heart of RiNo, with gorgeous, exposed brick and 25 foot ceilings, this Colorado loft didn’t need much help standing out. But Sotheby’s agent, Hawk Vanek, knew that some simple updates would take the listing over the edge, making it one for the books!
For this project, we took on a classic Curbio remodel, focusing on painting, flooring, a kitchen facelift, and simple bathroom updates.

We brightened up the kitchen by painting the cabinets, ceiling, and walls. We removed the island, that made the space feel too small, and finished things off with new quartz countertops and a modern tile backsplash.
