Cozy Eagan Basic Prep

This apartment in Eagan offered a comfortable place to call home but wasn’t quite ready to be listed.

Every home can use a little preparation before hitting the market, and this apartment near Minneapolis was no exception. Overall, the home was in decent condition, but putting it on the market as it was would have meant leaving money at the closing table. Instead, we went to work on projects like flooring updates and interior painting as well as a few miscellaneous finishing touches.

The main entryway to the home, the hallway needed a few touch-ups to help it make the right impression. We painted the walls, ceiling, and trim as well as replaced the carpet to help capture buyers’ attention as soon as they walked in.
