Veronica Figueroa, CEO of the Orlando, Florida-based Figueroa Team, brokered by eXp Realty, has run her team with success for nearly a decade. During that time, she has fostered an approach to the business that has helped her sellers succeed in becoming top producers as they continue to grow.
Having started as a RE/MAX broker/owner, Figueroa built her team before eventually selling her brokerage and moving her team of 18 over to eXp. Today, that team numbers 80 and comprises coaches, marketing experts, an onboarding specialist, and back-end support for agents.

Given last year’s extreme seller’s market, making repairs and fixing up the home before listing wasn’t as important. However, as the Orlando market continues to become more competitive, sellers must be armed with future solutions.
