An increasing number of buyers are looking and narrowing down their selection online, which means perfecting your listing is crucial. Video and 3D virtual tours are usually a nice-to-have but are currently a huge advantage, and arguably, a must-have.

Stream Your Open House

Live streams of open houses allow multiple potential buyers to view the home without visiting in person. To create a smoother experience, consider getting a stabilizer for your phone.

Virtual Tours and Chats

As an agent, you can provide virtual tours and chats to more serious buyers. Buyers can ask questions, view rooms from various angles, and get close-ups upon request—all from the comfort of their own homes.

Agents can continue to preview listings for their buyers. After the preview, they can decide whether or not to move on with a private showing.

Private Showings

Not many buyers want to make such a big purchase without seeing a home in person, but private home showings are still safe! Just make sure to have disinfecting supplies handy.
