This sweet Portland bungalow was brightened and modernized to increase curb appeal inside and out!

This charming 1949 bungalow in Portland is the perfect example of the profitability of Curbio’s pre-listing home improvements. Wow! The property looks dramatically different with enhanced landscaping. Once the backyard junk was removed and the yard was cleaned, a fresh coat of paint made this bungalow sparkle like the gem it is!

The difference is night and day after refreshing the cute kitchen of this Portland area-home. The new appliances, floors, countertops, light fixtures, paint, and an updated sink enhanced (with a garbage disposal) the look of the room.

We brought the life back to the home’s original hardwood floors, fixed the hairline cracks and holes in the walls and ceilings before painting them a lighter color. Then we honed in on details like switch plates and outlet covers to complete the transformation of the home’s living room!

The squeaky clean, modernized bathroom benefited from newly installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT), baseboard trim, and upgraded shower, toilet, lighting, mirror, and vanity features.
