More change is on the way.  Experts predict that the temporary slowdown in home sales will be followed by a summer rebound, fueled by pent-up demand and surging inventory. In fact, according to a recent survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors, 75% of sellers who have delayed listing, plan to put their homes back on the market as soon as stay-at-home orders end. That means that inventory will increase in the coming months, and sellers will need to compete for offers from eager buyers who are looking for updated properties.
